ICM 2024 is now available!

The latest release of Jade Software's Investigations Case Management (ICM) is ready for you. This release is full of updates that make the product more efficient and easier to use, whether you're a regular user or an administrator. Most of the updates in this release were developed in response to requests from people who use ICM every day, so you should find them helpful. Use the upgrade installer below to upgrade to the latest version.

About ICM Releases

We release new major versions of ICM every year. And we release new minor versions as required during each year. For example, the ICM 2024 major version might include the following releases:

ICM 2024 – First major release for 2024
ICM 2024 SP1 – First minor update for this release during the year
ICM 2024 SP2 – Second minor update for this release during the year

New minor versions of Jade ICM contain new features and minor fixes. We release hotfixes for all supported versions when necessary. The most up-to-date hotfix for a version of ICM is a consolidated hotfix that includes all the previous hotfixes for that version. The upgrade installer includes all the latest hotfixes for that release.

If you fall behind with upgrading your version of ICM, you’ll normally need to upgrade from one major version to another. However, for the ICM 2023 release we supported upgrading from the previous ICM 2022 release and any of the ICM 6.3.x releases.

Latest Hotfix
ICM hotfixes are cumulative, with the latest hotfix including all prior hotfixes.

o ERP searching not returning any results for non-immediate searching
o Wrong icons being shown on ERP search screen for from/to entity types
o Background app wasn't identifying all potential duplicate entities

ICM 2024 Hotfix 4
o XML file loads not fully handling user configurable genders
o Overlapping controls editing document entities
o Z-order issue on 'Reset password for another user' screen
o 1090 exception cancelling calendar popup on the template screen
o Prior attribute being selected when date is selected on calendar
o Issue with tabbing through attributes after using 'Add Another'
o Z-Order issue when reviewing of case notes

ICM 2024 Hotfix 3
o Attributes popup on some forms was too wide
o Tabbing on attributes popup it goes backwards from a date/time attribute
o Searching for Information/Incident report had a partially obscured search option
o Entities tab now has additional details to the right of the table of entities
o A clear button has been added above the filter list for entities
o Duplicate timer exception when manually merging entities
o Task could be forwarded multiple times to the same recipient

ICM 2024 Hotfix 2
o Some home page tiles did not open relevant screen when clicked
o Opening Entity Relationship Type maintenance screen would fail on some systems

ICM 2024 Hotfix 1
o Enhance Microsoft Word & Excel reports for Microsoft Purview security classification labels
o Issue when extracting users
