Jade Software has appointed Charlotte Walshe as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), following an extensive Australasian search.
Our Board Chairperson Sue Suckling says, “We are delighted to welcome Charlotte Walshe as Jade’s CEO, at this formative time in the company’s journey. As well as coming from a technology background with a strong customer focus, she brings extensive experience in strategic leadership, building high performing teams, and innovating for growth.”
Ms Walshe, who commences her role from mid December 2017, has extensive executive leadership and corporate governance experience, primarily in the technology sector. For the past 10 years, she has served as CEO for Dynamic Controls, a manufacturer of innovative electronic operating solutions for medical equipment such as wheelchairs.
In addition to Ms Walshe’s appointment, we are grateful for Jason Court’s continued efforts as interim CEO during this period.
