Today, in an Australian first, life insurance comparison service Lifebroker, has announced the launch of its chatbot called Alfred. Built with the support of Jade Software, Alfred was designed to respond to customer questions and provide quotes for life insurance cover within five minutes of messaging.
Since the announcement of Alfred, the bot has received keen media coverage from several publications, including IT Brief, Advisorvoice, and ChannelLife Australia.
